Our team is led by a veteran with over 27 years experience with one most iconic hospital system in the area. Brian Smith was hired at age 31 as Director of Construction for the Cleveland Clinic when there was 1 hospital. Embarked on a career resulting in over 170 Cleveland Clinic locations across North America.

He has consistently devoted significant amounts of time, energy and financial resources to the development of not for profit humanitarian foundations in the U.S. and Honduras, C.A. He developed the Cleveland Clinic Office of Construction Management including all fiscal and financial protocols to implement the Cleveland Clinic Strategic Initiatives.

Brian developed and commissioned thousands of projects totaling over $7B with zero (NO) litigation, mediation or arbitration! He created strong strategic alliances with municipal governments, community development corporations & healthcare partners.
